1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Praxis website or engaging Praxis for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.

2. Services

Praxis is an email marketing and lifecycle marketing agency. We provide services to ecommerce brands and trading companies, including but not limited to:

• Email campaign strategy
• Email copywriting
• Email design
• Lifecycle automation
• Customer retention systems
• Klaviyo implementation and management
• Email platform setup and migration
• Customer segmentation
• Ecommerce email marketing
• Trading and prop firm email marketing

Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, design systems, frameworks, methodologies, and code - is the property of Praxis or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Deliverables produced for clients under a signed engagement become the client's property upon full payment, except for proprietary frameworks, templates, and underlying tools that remain owned by Praxis.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Site and any services lawfully and in good faith. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for complying with applicable email marketing regulations (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL where relevant), and for obtaining proper consent from your subscribers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to Praxis in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

7. Third-Party Services

We may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms (such as Klaviyo, Calendly, and analytics providers). Praxis is not responsible for the availability, terms, or practices of those platforms.
